Replacement passport¹

¹ Only available to replace passports with full visa pages, or minor damage, or where a name change is not eligible for free replacement. The existing passport must have more than 2-year’s validity remaining. Conditions apply, see www.passports.gov.au for more information.

 

Acceptable methods of payment

Payment by card only (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX accepted). Cash, cheques, Apply Pay and Google Pay are not accepted.

Fees for all applications will be charged in AUD (subject to exchange rates and any overseas transaction fees).

Fees are subject to annual indexation. No GST is payable on passport fees.

Receiving your new passport

You should allow up to 6 weeks to receive your new passport. It will be sent to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
